What We Do

Our exceptional staff are carefully selected, highly trained licensed social workers, doctors and nurses who offer professional counselling and a wealth of information for patients and families experiencing a transition in their lives. Our staff not only looks at the person, but examines the emotional, physical and social components of one’s life and how the patient functions within their environment. This examination helps our professionals offer individualised care to our clients.

We also contribute to effective co-operation between health professionals, organisations, institutes and agencies. Cornerstones of our staffing services are the principles of human dignity, need and solidarity, and with an emphasis on multidimensional access to care regardless of socioeconomic status or geographic location. This principle is mirrored in the exclusive staffing services we provide to our clients. We provide hospital/inpatient care and primary/ambulatory care, while our highly qualified staff is responsible for nursing-home care, social services and the housing needs of the elderly, as well as, care for the physically and intellectually disabled.

Our highly-qualified staff works in accordance with scientific knowledge and proven experience of practice. Our internal guidelines and recommendations are produced in collaboration with, among others, European Federation of Nurses Associations and The National Association of Social Workers.

Competency assessments are performed of both clinical skills and theoretical knowledge of our staff in the form of tests with real patients, written exams and projects.
